Documentation & Approvals

We prepare complete construction documents, work alongside architects, engineers and consultants, and coordinate permitting and approvals so the path from design to construction is clear.

Bidding & Contractor Selection

Through long-standing relationships with trusted contractors, nurseries and suppliers, we help you get exceptional quality at fair, competitive pricing. We manage the bidding process, review proposals carefully, and recommend the partners best suited to bring your landscape to life. Construction Oversight
We stay involved through installation. We review progress on site, work closely with contractors, and make sure the finished work matches the design and our standards. Our network of trusted contractors and growers lets us source the finest plant material and craftsmanship at competitive value.

The Finished Landscape & Beyond
Our relationship continues after the last plant goes in. We can provide ongoing guidance so your landscape matures beautifully for years to come. Through our ongoing maintenance program, we make sure plantings are cared for as designed, with regular site visits, seasonal recommendations and expert guidance.

With Design-Build, design fees are reduced by 50%, and Oasis LA manages your project from concept through completion. We handle contracts, invoicing and scheduling, and we coordinate permits and approvals, so you can enjoy the process while we take care of the details.

This is the approach we recommend for two reasons. First, because we oversee the installation ourselves, we can make sure your landscape is built exactly as it was designed, with every detail carried out to our standards. Second, you’ll have a single point of contact from beginning to end, which makes the experience as seamless and effortless as possible.
